Can anyone please help I recently changed from Apple to a Samsung galaxy note 2. I have set up my work email account (microsoft) and 9 times out of 10 I receive all my emails however if I have no signal and emails come through they never appear on my phone. Has anyone else had this problem. I love my new phone but don't like missing emails. I have also tried doing a manual sync but the missing emails never get back onto my phone although they are on my computer. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are having trouble with the Samsung email app, you may want to try the official Microsoft app for Outlook.com (their email service).
