Help Not allowed (Status Code:403)

Everytime I try to go to ANY website this error shows up:

Sorry
Not allowed
(Status Code: 403)

It's not the connection's fault since I get the same with Wifi or 3G. I have no idea why doesnt it let me go on web pages cause other apps can use the internet with no problems (facebook, news, weather, gps...). I have certanly done nothing wrong as the phone is brand new.

Android version: 4.0.3.
HTC Sense version: 4.0

I have searched for quite a while but it seems that nobody else ever had this problem.

Any hints?

I've moved to the One V forum, maybe folks who own the device will be able to assist?

Is that using the stock browser? Have you tried an alternative like Boat or Chrome?

Ok thanks, I'm new here and I'm not sure how stuff runs around here. Yes I have tried the default browserand Google search. I will try Boat and see what happens, as the current version of Chrome is quite buggy judging by the comments.

EDIT: Tried Boat, it wasn't very effective (same thing).

Well the sites I am trying to reach are very general. It also seems that this case does not fit in any of the problems under that link(url is normal, website is freely available). I can't think of a reason why it would deny me to acces wikipedia or some random google search hit.
