Not booting or powering on

I have a black screen and not booting. When i hold power and volume up it vibrates but still black screen. I need help badly. Cheers
 
I don't have your device but you can try and hold both volume buttons and the power button until it reboots. If you are holding it for more than a min it did not work. This will try and soft reset your device. You could also bring it back and exchange it if it is still under warranty ( i am assuming that it is because the device is not that old).

Thanks for the reply. Fixed. Even Sony couldn't help me lol
