Help Not change screen lock!!!

Hello!!
Recently i have put on my screen pattern to lock it.
Now i want to change or to take it out but i can not.The options to change my lock screen thera are not active.It's say <<Disabled by administrator,encryption policy,or credential storage>>.
What can i do?
 
Looks like you encrypted the S3 or SD card? You could try to decrypt it.

Go to settings > security > decrypt device

I read that the phone would require an addition factory reset to full decrypt but it might work to just change the password / pattern.

Sorry, not 100% sure.

I didnt encrypt my device.
 
I have the same 'problem'. After adding lock screen password I cannot change it nor remove it.
Do you have Avast mobile security installed?
 
Hi, is there a settings page, if so there should be a "remove administrator device" option, you need to uncheck this first. Phil
