not charging

Hi folks
CAn anyone explain.
My s3 is plugged in and the symbol indicates charging yet the numerics along side show it dropping?

How quickly is your battery draining and what are you doing (if anything) while it's trying to charge? I had a similar issue one night when I had the Media service bug in tandem with watching Netflix.

S3 is really sensitive when it comes to chargers. If it thinks it detects a problem in the cable it throttles the charge current
