Help Not connecting to Wi-fi securedWPA/WPA2

I have a Motorola Droid. We just got a mobile Hotspot from Clear. My wife's Lg can connect. But all I get is remembered, secured with WPA/WPA2psk. I can connect to other Wi-fi spots.
