not enough memory delete pictures

Hi, I have a glaxie S3. The pictures stop my phone from downloading an up dating facebook an other applications. I'm a new cell user an don't know much. I can't access my photos to delete them. It's stopping me from using my cell an other functions. I just got an 8gb micro sandisk. How do I get my photos from the cell to that disk I just installed to add my locked up photos so I can use my phone , take more picts. I don't have a computer or laptop. There has to be a way. Please anyone who can help please do so for me. Thanks, hopelessly locked out of my cell except calls. Ann

A file manager app, like ES File Explorer. (You may have to email yourself a couple of pictures, then delete them before reading any email, to free up enough space to install the app.)
