not enough memory

Samsung s2 gallery app won't open sayin 'not enough memory please delete some items' but i can't open camera to delete anything!! it won't even attach a picture to a message. any suggestions appreciated!
 
You might be running low on memory, just check if ur intenal memory is not full.
you can use any file manager application. to open and delete files.
 
I'll add to this. Since you can't use the camera app to delete stuff, what you could do is what DavisRocky suggested and/or try deleting some unused apps, and old text messages.
