Android Question

I have an Alcaltel One Touch Idol smartphone. I have a 32 GB sd card installed, and when I go to use the camera, it tells me there is not enough storage, and that I need to release space. when I look at the storage available it says I have 31.19 GB left. It will not let me take any photos. I have deleted photos, and only have 12 pics on the phone. Help?

Welcome to Android Forums. Sorry for the delay in responding to your question.

You might have a little corruption on the SD card.
Try this:
Take you SD card out of the phone (you need to unmount the sd card first) and put into computer. Transfer all data/folders to computer.
Go to start/computer. Right click on the sd card icon. Select the format option/format to default settings.
This will wipe all data from the card.
Put the card back into the phone (should automatically mount the sd card, if not select that option). Select the erase sd card option.
After it is finished, reboot the phone.
When fully rebooted, unmount and remove sd card and put into computer.
Transfer data/folders back to sd card and put into phone.

Your phones forum doesn't have that many members yet, so you will need to give it a couple of days for a reply. If nothing in a few days try posting here.

Hope this has helped.

Just to add a bit to above post.. It is also possible that your phone has an internal SDCard. In most cases the camera will default to this before the external card. You may try checking your internal storage also.

Thanks
