Help Not getting calls!

So far its been maybe 15 mins and I can't receive calls.. I can make them..

cant make calls but can recieve some calls(not all)

google voice calls are working over data from the phone.

Something is up with metro itself. No one could call myself or wife but we could call out. Coincidence we are all in florida?

this was also the same thing in georgia.. metro pcs to pcs was unable...
