I have a Samsung galaxy S 5 and certain frequent callers are not RI ginger in since the latest update...what gives?

Help not getting calls

Only certain callers, rather than all? I'd start by checking the phone app's settings, to see whether anything odd has happened to a custom ringtone for them. Or the notification/interruption settings, especially if they are all members of a particular caller group, to see whether there is anything there that might be blocking call notifications (including at certain times of day as well as for certain callers).
