not getting internet

my model is htc inspire 4g. i can not access internet on it. whenever i try to enable mobile internet, all i am told is that the webpage does not exist.
 
Make sure that you have internet on your account. (Call tech support and have them check.) If you do, you could have the wrong data in your APN (they can talk you through fixing that) or you could have a defective phone.
