not getting my email at all...HTC ONE X

hello... I have had my HTC one X for about 2 weeks.... and it is working perfect ...love this phone....
On Friday I noticed I was getting ALOT of email... alot... at one point it told me that I had 5092 emails!! Well I had , had enough of the phone going off ever second. So I selected the option "mark all" ....and hit delete, it asked me to comfirm the delete, so I did... NOW I am not getting any email at all.. and I get alot of email daily...so what the heck is up...? my service provider is AT&T..

Hello there mrsmarkc! Sorry about your email issue there, that is odd!
Are you using Gmail? Can you access other data just fine? Check to see if your email is syncing or not. Otherwise, here is a link to your device forum that may provide some answers for ya:

Like Mike said make sure, if using Gmail it is syncing....also if you could maybe give us the app you are using for email, this way we can try and specifically assist you with the issue you are having!
