Hey Everyone!
I have a Droid X and get notifications at all hours for texts, emails, alarms, etc, regardless of the state it's in...but I got my wife the Droid Pro and it doesn't seem to work the same way. If she wakes it up and/or puts in her PIN, all of a sudden everything comes flooding in, especially her emails. She has a Yahoo account and I tried setting it up via the built in Yahoo client, via the Yahoo market app, and the stock email client as an IMAP account, but nothing does the trick. I got her alarms and texts working, but the email notifications are inconsistent. Any ideas?
I set it up to allow background data and syncing, and I swear the settings are all the same as what I have on my DX, so it's really baffling...unless it's a defective phone.
