Not Getting OTA Update

Hi, I purchased a locked t-mobile desire from ebay and its now unlocked. But I do not seem to be getting the 2.2 software update OTA - It says the phone is up to date.

How can I get 2.2 on the phone or will I not get updates now I have unlocked the mobile?

Software Number is 1.21.110.4 Firmware version is 2.1-update1

You're on the T-Mobile ROM, they pulled the OTA update BUT you can get it from this link...

http://fotadl.htc.com/2.12.110.2-1.21.110.4_release3uop1mw9unpc376h.zip

Once downloaded, rename it update.zip (not update.zip.zip) and copy it to the root of your Desire. Turn the phone off and then turn it on again whilst holding the volume down button. At the menu select Recovery and once at the screen with the red ! hold volume up and press power. Once at the blue menu select 'apply sd:update.zip' and follow the instructions.

Bare in mind, though, that this will probably install German apps as well

So will I only get T Mobile updates even though its unlocked and on o2 now?

You're only SIM unlocked, the unit is still on the T-Mobile ROM

I have been reading here that t-mobile are still updating so I guess the other option is just to wait for it from them then T-Mobile Discussions - Discussions - HTC Desire Froyo (2.2) Update - what are the facts?
