Not happy with replacement/refurb

Hi guys, first posting! But I must complain about my one.

Just to get this out of the way, I adore this phone and use it over the nexus 5 all day every day, however, I have had a few problems with it.

A few weeks back I sent my original one into the carphone warehouse for it to be repaired due to a non-stop vibration motor, they gave me a refurb, which came in very good condition, however, that had a problem with the battery which just lost all charge instantly. This was again sent for a repair and I was given yet another refurb, however, this has come back in absolutely appalling condition. Here are some pictures, please note, it has not been removed from the pouch they gave it back to me in except for these photos!

Quite frankly, I am disgusted with their service. Should I take it back or just shut up and get on with it?

Hello!
That's up to you.
My opinion is to exchange it again. I mean, your original one was new right?
Frustrating I'm sure and I've not dealt with carphone warehouse so I can't comment on their CS.

The original was a little dinged up but the first refurb was like new! If it were my first phone being returned then I'd have absolutely no qualms about its aesthetic appearance, however this is a second refurb to replace the first, pristine one that I sent back, and this is what I get in return!

as posted, its us to you if you want to send in for another repair.

read over the Terms and conditions of the refurb/replacement option that company has and see if you have any recourse.

bottom line, its your choice. No one here can give you any advice on what to do.
