Root "Not Installed" Apps in Market

jmb275

Newbie
I am confused. I recently flashed the stable 7.1.0.1 Cyanogenmod (it's brilliant BTW), and google apps pack. At the bottom of the "My Apps" section of the market there is a "Not Installed" section. It has:
Adobe Reader
Google Books
Google Search
Skype mobile on Verizon
V CAST Tones

Here are my questions:
1. Why is there a "Not Installed" section in "My Apps" at all? Surely the set of all apps not in "My Apps" are not installed.
2. I do have Google Search installed as it came with the Google apps pack in cyanogenmod. So why is it in this list?
3. How can I remove this list (if I can)? I have tried clearing data, caches, rebooting, and everything else I can think of.

I never noticed before but I have a Not Installed section too. It's apps I've installed on other phones that aren't installed on this phone.
