not liking the speakerphone on the M8

I'm definitely not impressed by the speakerphone.. You would think that since the speakers blow ur windows apart when playing music that the speakerphone would to... But they just sound normal

Really?? Compare the speakers to any other phone and you will see the difference.

Standard phones use a loud speaker while the one uses stereo speakers. Yes, the volume may not be louder but the quality and dynamic range of frequencies are undoubtably better in every way. It's like watching a movie with surround sound vs watching it witch a PA system.

Hmmm IMHO it sounds considerably better, the dynamic range is improved and it never sounds "tinny". It even sounds better than my M7. Comparing it to my son's Evo 4G LTE is like night and day.

Ever heard the saying "The chain is only as strong as it's weakest link"? The speaker can only be as good as the signal coming in from the person calling you. I am sure you are talking about multiple calls you have taken on the speaker phone, but perhaps you just haven't been talking to people that have good mics, or have been on speaker phones themselves.

That is all I can think of. Unless you have a defective phone, but you say music sounds great which kinda throws that possibility out of the window
