I love my Evo 3d. However it was stolen back in January. Since then I reordered a new one and restricted the service for the other. However, recently I have been getting pictures uploaded via Google's Instant Upload of the culprits.
Strangely enough the pictures are of two girls. My theory is that whoever stole it, resold it. And the girls who have it now are using the Wi-Fi network, hence the pictures being uploaded to my account.
I called Sprint, they said they've never had a case like this before. I asked them if they could track the phone in any way so that I could atleast get my google information out of their hands.
They forwarded me to insurance, but it turns out, they won't track stolen equipment. It had to be lost equipment (I was tempted to call back and lie that my phone was misplaced but I didn't).
I just need to know if I can know where these pictures are being taken. If so is there any information about where these uploads are coming from or how they are even able to upload them? What would you do if in this situation?
