not loud enough

My event andriod 4.0 is no loud enough. I have also discovered that it takes longer time to charge; almost a day without charging fully.
 
Charging while turned on or while turned off? If on, that's pretty good, since the charger isn't really supposed to be supplying enough to both run the phone and chatge the battery. If off you probably need new battery.
