not receiveing text messages

Galaxy Note 2 can send messages but not receiving. It worked fine until recently. Any suggestions?
 
Is it receiving voice calls? Voice and text go by the same route.

If it is, any commonality with once it won't receive? All from iPhones, maybe?

If not, contact your carrier.
