Help Not receiving calls while using data

Hi, I just bought a samsung galaxy S4 mini. It's a dual SIM phone and I use data services in SIM 2 and use other one for calling, messaging etc. I don't receive any calls while using data services like play store, web browser, facebook chat, though the calls are for not the SIM in which I use data services. I often get complaints from my friends and family that they can't reach or contact me in whichever numbers I'm using.Please help met fix it. Thank You.

If your having Sims card problems you may want to check APN or just get a new sims card from the carrier . when you do go to get the new sims card be shore to have the device so if it needs any extra configuration you can get these and the device should work at its peak .

Hi and welcome to the forum

I've dealt with this before myself. Go into settings> calls and look for an option called DDTM mode. Uncheck it and you should be good to go.

If it's not in the settings> calls menu, then it may be in the settings inside the dialer app itself
