Not receiving gmail unless I manually sync

I was always getting my gmail pushed with 1.5 but now that I have 2.1 the only time I receive anything is if I do a manual sync. I've checked and the Sync Gmail has a check mark.

Mine was working up until like 2 days ago. Now I have the same problem as you.
