Help Not receiving phone calls or missed notification

Hi All, I just picked up a Moto X from Verizon a couple weeks ago. Ever since then I am missing a bunch of calls. People are sporadically getting through and saying they called numerous times and either got voicemail or it keeps ringing.

I never see a missed call on my end and it doesn't ring me when this happens. Then a couple minutes later it rings and they get through. I tried calling Verizon support a few times and they don't know why. I am in no different places that I have been for years with other phones that worked just fine. Anyone have any suggestions or tips to try? I know some phones you can get in and mess with the connection settings to make it connect a call quicker. Maybe I need to do that?

Something just isn't right, it's probably hardware and should be replaced.
I've had zero issues with calls on mine.

Thanks, just a quick update. It happened again yesterday. While on another line with Verizon tech support they tried to call the phone. It didn't ring for them so they finally realized it is in fact happening. Right before they were going to issue a replacement device they had me try a factory reset. After the reset they called me four times in a row to test and all worked.

I guess for now I am going to see if everything continues to work. Strange to think some software could have been causing this.

Hopefully that takes care of it. A factory reset is a PITA but can cure a lot of woes.
