Not Receiving Text From iPhone 4 on IOS 7(Solved)

Just what the title says, I'm not receiving text from an iPhone 4 with IOS 7.But I receive everyone else's, And he gets my text.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Did you have an "i" device before your current phone? If so it might be an iMessage issue that is talked about in my few other threads.

I didn't have an iPhone, I was on the ZTE Force.

Ok. Rules that out. So much easier to blame iMessage. Lol

I wonder if anyone else he sends texts to have the same issue?

I will have him send a text to my wife's phone (The Force) when he gets home from work.

I found that if the iphone user goes to settings, messages, and turns on "send as SMS", then deletes and re-adds the droid contact and makes sure the phone number label (to the left of where you enter the phone number) is set to "mobile" it should solve the problem.* It did with mine when a friend of mine switched to a droid. I have a 5S and she has an LG G2.*

I listed everything I did since I didn't try one thing at a time.* Doing all should only take a few minutes though.* It took a good 5-10 min for it to work once I sent the test text message.*

Yeah. That's the same work around as the iMessage issue. Hopefully it resolved the problem for you.

Did it end up working in the end?

EDIT: I just re-read the title and noticed "solved". Good news that it's fixed.
