When I connect my Note to a PC via USB, the PC tells me that an unrecognised device has been connected and therefore stopped. It has only just started happening but it happens on any PC I connect to. All software is up-to-date so I don't know what has happened. Any suggestions?

Have you made sure the USB drivers are installed on your computer?
