About a day after upgrading to ICS, my phone has stopped recognizing my SIM card and will not even dial an emergency number (so maybe the radio's quit).
Soft reset, hard reset and Factory Default Reset all give me the same issue, it won't let me configure the phone as the SIM card's not recognizable (probably cause it can't connect to the network).
Took it to Verizon today and they replaced the SIM and then were planning on sending a factory refurb unit until they saw a tiny crack on the glass which they said immediately disqualifies it for replacement.
Is there a way to test if it's a hardware or software issue? It just quit out of the blue...everything else on the phone worked great.
