not register on a network

note 3 t-mobile i bought this phone and its says its not register on any network i called t-mobile and asked them if it was black listed and they said no anynoe can help?

Did you get a SIM card for your account? The SIM card it came with is probably not registered.

Agreed. If you bought it used, then go to a T-Mobile store and get one of their SIM cards.
