Help Not registered on network

Hi guys i have a really annoying problem.My note 2 was on jelly bean when i updated it to kitkat first its worked fine and i noticed that when i tying to make call,sms it says not registered on network.Fun thing is my phone detected my sim it shows my sim operator just i cant make calls sms . Please help me guys .

How long have you had the Note 2, if it was recent, was it second hand? If so, a possibility it could be blacklisted, i.e. reported stolen, missing, or have an unpaid contract against it. Other thing is, did the update go through OK without problems, does it still have a valid IMEI, do *#06# from the dialler, and that should show you the IMEI.

The issue seems to come from : Incorrect APN settings, outdated firmware and sim card not working correctly
I fixed my issue at fix not registered on network
