Whenever I plug my se experia ray into the computer it asks do I want to download Sony Eric Pc companion even when I have and then it wont let me choose which option for transfer. All help will be much appreciated

If you downloaded PC Companion to your PC, connect your phone to it and start PC Companion. Select the option File Manager on it and you will have the option to copy anything to/from the SD card to/from your computer.
