Help Not rooted...ability to move all apps to sd card?

iI have a large number of apps on my incredible thatn wont alow me the choice of moving them to the sd card. im not rooted, and i keep running into a data storage notification issue. how do iI allow all apps to be moved to sd card if iI choose to do so?

Not all apps have the ability of moving over to the sdcard. Just depends if the developers program them to.
