ok so since im new to android having been a windows phone user i have a question. a friend of mine told me that resident evil degeneration the game was released for android she has it on her ipad it looks amazing sadly windows devices have no resident evil games. so basically what i want to know is since my mom wants to get me an android tablet for XMAS. how do i know which android tablet will be best and which android os is the best i will mostly be using ther tablet for games and, she says shes buying the tablet off ebay because ebay is cheap for used and new and ,were kinda money tight for gifts this year lastly is this game still in the google app place.

If you're searching on your phone and its not compatible it won't show up

The app appears to be ... https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.residentevil&hl=en ... but I may be wrong. Try searching form a PC.

Searching on a computer: "resident evil degeneration" returns no games.

Looks like it's no longer available. According to IMDB the movie was released 5 years ago, and AppBrain says it's not there anymore:
