my Flytouch 3 with specs below

does not vibrate. When i start it not vibrate, or also in usage with the haptic feedback activated. why?
is it possible that it doesn't have a vibrator?

Not all Flytouch 3 out there have vibrate. It sounds like you got one of the variants that doesn't. It shouldn't hurt anything other than the occasional game or app that use vibrate feedback.
