Not working in dock with case

[aod]

I recently bought a Z3 compact, and for it a case and DK48 charging dock.

I got the accessories from the mobilefun website, where they recommended the case as compatible with the dock.

I'm finding I can't get the phone to connect to the contacts in the dock (not using an adapter)

The case is this: http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/polycarbonate-sony-xperia-z3-compact-shell-case-100-clear-p48905.htm

Does anyone have any hacks / workaround to get the phone to work with the dock in the case?

Can't see anywhere on the site where it says its compatible with the dock....

If the dock is a deal breaker... you have 14 days from when you received the case to decide send it back

Send it back.
