I installed a Virus system earlier today, called 'Trust Go'. It was recommended by the British Sunday Times as being the 'bees knees'.
I installed it via Google play and it all seemed well. Then, I accidentally pressed the 'alarm' on it, I probably shouldn't have but I wasn't sure what I was doing.
This set the darn thing off and I can't turn it off. It screams at me like a fire engine.
I emailed 'Trust Go' (via my desktop) and they sent me a 'password'. at least I think that's what it was, but unfortunately I can't install it (password) because when I print the password in, the keyboard won't move and blocks the upper part of the screen. Thus I can't press the 'submit' button. I have a suspicion idea that this company only send automated responses too!
Please, has anyone heard of this problem before, and can anyone help me?
