Note 2 LTE Multi window Missing EDIT button and the SWITH on the divider?

Hi peeps sorry i'm new here.
I got my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 LTE and i noticed that on multi screen the EDIT button is missing???? And also you cannot swith the screens or maximise it?
Has anyone else got this problem?
Anyone one the solution please

This is for users of the original Note.

Not sure what you are saying about the 'EDIT' feature in multi-screen view.

To switch between windows, simply hit the multi-screen icon to launch a menu for opening other apps (it'll close the previous app you're using) or switch windows (ie. if left pane is internet, it'll move it to the right pane). You cannot maximize windows in multi-screen view. You can only do that with the pop-up apps. You also just need to tap on the app you want to use for it to be active (similar to using multiple apps in Windows).

I'm using a Note 10.1 so I would think it is similar to the Note 2.
