Help Note 2 not remembering app defaults?

Noticed this a few weeks ago, whether I make an app such as the browser open bookmarks by default, or YouTube open YouTube links by default, the note is not saving it.

I'm referring to the "always" button in case I'm not being clear. I've tried rebooting no luck.

Happens to me to. Not sure why. Hopefully it's corrected in the latest update or possibly in 4.2.2.

I am tempted to try wiping the entire phone and starting over, but I don't want to reset all my widgets and settings for things. :/

I've read that other users did a factory reset hoping that would correct this issue. It didn't work. While it's not a HUGE issue, it is an annoying one but not annoying enough for me to restore my phone and put all my crap back on it. I hope/assume 4.2.2 will fix this but who knows.
