note 2 not working

[Android Question]

I got my device Samsung galaxy note 2 in January 2013 .. its not even full year yet .. yesterday i just put my cell phone on a table and went to do some work i came back in few minutes tried to on my cell but it was dead i took of the battery off putted back again and tried to on it again .. the "Samsung galaxy note II" symbol appeared and stucked to it .. i tried to again on it but same thing happened i put it on charging the charging symbol first appeared but then hanged and stucked .. i am quite worried now i cant enter in recovery mode by "volup+home+power" but i can enter in "download mode" i cant send my cellphone to any shopkeeper because i have all my private data in it .. i am also non us user .. please help me out i am in a big problem right now or at least tel me how can i reset my phone to delete all my private stuff from it by downloading mode .. so at least i can send it to someone to help .. i am really looking forward for your reply

The toolkit is a windows program which you install on your pc. It communicates with your phone when in download mode. I think you may have to use odin (in the toolkit) to Flash a new rom (which can be a samsung one) I think you can also back up your data using the toolkit but have not used it for that. I suggest:

Study the process and be sure of the plan before you do this.
And
Register on the forums and subscribe to the note2 forum so you can get 2 way help.
