Hi all, I have a Samsung galaxy note 2 & the issue I've got is my sound keeps going off for no reason & the only way I can sort it is to turn my phone off & back on again & then all the sound works again for a short period. the sound is everything to do with the phone including text message alert, etc. I've checked all the levels.
