Hi so im having a huge problem and losing hope. I have a note 2 (sprint) everything was working fine. Then my battery was low so my phone died. Ones i got home i plugged it in and now its stuck on the Samsung logo. If i turn it on with safe mode then it turnes on. But it if try to restart it to remove safe mode then its stays stuck on safe mode. Ive never rooted it or nothing like that please someone help!!!!

Hi there!
Perhaps try just shutting it off, and let it charge overnight, or at least a couple hours then try to turn it on again.
If no luck there, then boot into recovery and clear the cache, then reboot.
In order to enter recovery mode, you will first have to turn off your device. Once it’s turned off, press volume up/home button/power button, in that order. Keep them all pressed until you see the recovery mode, then let go of the buttons.
Use your volume buttons to navigate to the wipe cache partition, and power to select.
;) (do not select, "wipe data/factory reset)
Once done, select reboot.

Hi thabk you for the response. I let it charged all night since this happened yesterday . Ive cleared the cache already and no luck. Im using it right now hut its till on safe mode. I also tried renoving battery and leave it till its fully charged. My brother has the same phone. I changed batteries and still nothing.. i dont know what to do.

So i decided to turn it off and restart ut and wow it worked. My questions now. Is why and how did this happened ?
My best (feeble) guess is that a process was running when the battery died and caused a kernel glitch.
I've seen many folks have your issue and some not able to get out of it short of a factory reset.
Perhaps someone smarter than me can shed more light on the question you ask :)
