Note 2 verizon 4.4.2 update...

So i just got my phone updated through Verizon and it looks completely that same.. what does the update do and what can I do with it?...:thumbdown:

Now I'm confused as well. There should be all sorts of new things according to this:

...but I'm not seeing Knox, I'm not seeing a way to switch users, etc. Grrr - I've been looking forward to Knox for over a year now for work...
