Note 2 Widgets / Toggles drop down in JellyBean?

**I searched the boards up and down and only found information about rooted phones running custom ROMs**

Is it possible to add the Airplane & Silent mode toggles in the drop down menu without rooting my phone? I have the SPRINT version of the Galaxy Note 2.

I bought Modern Combat 3 for $5 and by the time I tried to play it, it said it does not work with my Galaxy Note 2. The Play Store says I have to request a refund from the developer because I was out of the refund window.

No idea for Modern Combat, but for the toggles in status-bar try an app called 'Elixir'.
