Help NOTE 3 KEEPS TURNING OFF

Starting today my note 3 keeps turning off by itself. I saw online that the battery could be lose but I dont think that that is the problem because it turns off even if i leave it alone. Also when I turn it on my sd card wont read. My sisters phone also started having this problem staring today.
 
Try taking the back off. Let it sit and see if it turns off.
Does it shut itself down properly, or is it a sudden crash-like turn off?
