Help Note 3 lollipop at&t

I have a att note 3 unlocked on the t mobile network. I keep trying to get the lollipop update through kies but keeps saying firmware up to date. Anyone know why?

I read somewhere else that the update wont come thru Kies anymore. I have an unlocked note 3 on ATT and got the update OTA a few weeks ago when i bought it.

It keeps saying that it cannot connect to att server to get the update.

may be rolling out in different areas. i would usually force it to check for updates, but the notification popped up for me. I wonder if it's because you're using T-mobile?

I think that's issue... it is rooted bUT I have Mac so I can't use odin to flash lollipop

Rooted... you should not take updates that are official.

you need to use ROMs that are updated by the dev groups. For your particular phone.

That's issue im having can't install rom because I have a mac and everything I find is for windows.

there are some ROM that use an app to install them. directly on your phone.
you should ask in the Dev forum of ATT Note3. see if someone will direct you to one.
