I just discovered that my Note 3 has not been receiving text messages. The last message I see came through on June 24th, so sometime in the last week I stopped receiving text messages.
I have tried removing the battery and doing a complete reboot. I have texted myself. I have confirmed that my phone can send messages and I can make and receive phone calls. I have been checking my settings and the Internet for other possible solutions.
Are there any apps that interfere with receiving text messages? I have been deleting apps I downloaded in the past week but some of these apps I want to keep.
I am about to call AT&T because that last text I got was when we found out that a family member on our account had lost their phone, and part of me wonders if that has something to do with it. Has anyone had any problems with receiving text messages after another phone on their plan had to be deactivated due to it getting lost or stolen?
