Note 3 Smart Dock HDMI

I shortly bought the Smart Dock for my N3 in order to work as a little computer. After connecting the HDMI with the monitor I get into some problems.

- If it's setted to landscape (Querformat) then the last app-line from the homescreen is missing.
(Only way I found is to set portrait mode, but then I loose approximately 70% of my monitor space)
Is there a solution for the missing apps?

- I found the very nice app Ultimate Rotation Control in the Play store with them I can force portrait mode (Hochformat).
Is there an app so I can set portrait mode (hochformat) to the galaxy note 3 while the monitor is running in landscape mode (querformat)?

- Is there a solution to higher the resolution of the monitor, that I can work easily with two windows (left side browser, right side text writing programm with the function Multi-Window from N3)?

I would be very happy and thankful if someone would know any answer.

Just sounds like a compatibility issue and resolution problem.

Have you tried changing the resolution on your monitor to try and match that of the Note 3?

Messing around with that on your computer might yield you some positive results.
