I have an iphone 5c and got a samsung note 3 for xmas
can i transfer my contacts etc?

I would have thought the easiest way would be to have a PC with something like Outlook in the middle, but I'm afraid I don't know enough about iPhones to say for sure (my missus has an iPhone but she's totally Apple so this hasn't come up).
