Hey guys I have a Note 3
(SM-N9005) running KitKat and I would like to upgrade it to Lollipop but Lollipop is not available in my country so I thought of flashing in manually. I would really like to know if my data will be still be intact if I flash it manually....THANKS

From what I remember (I've only done it once long ago to unbrick my wife's sammy) flashing stock firmware formats the whole device but hopefully I'm wrong
