NOTE 4 CAMERA Thread

Zooming in with digital zoom will tend to make your images look sub-par. The more you zoom, the steadier your hands need to be as well to avoid motion blur. I don't use that function. I'd just rather take the pic, and then crop it to achieve similar zoom levels.

I have been very impressed with the camera on the Note 4. I got the phone right before I went on vacation, so i got to take about 400 pictures in the first 10 days that I had the phone. The pictures are very clear and very clean. I have no complaints at all with them!

With the Note 4 bhaving the Optical Image Stabalizer you are really able to capture great pictures despite movement or little bumps. This camera will give you great pictures all the time with the 16 MP camera or the 3.7 MP front facing cameras. I was doing back to back pictures with 3 diferrent phones. We each took 10 pictures. Every single picture on the Note 4 was clearer and brighter! These phones were comparable, not low end phones.

With Face detection, 8X Digital zoom, Smile detection, voice activation and so much more, there is no limit to what you can do with your Note 4 camera.

I am also having serious issues with the Camera. So much so that I want to return the phone. I flip and flop between the iPhone and Android phones and I love everything about this phone except the Camera. I'm not understanding why images look so pixelated when uploaded via email, FB or sent to non-Android users. When I take a picture, it is almost always blurry no matter how still I'm standing. I'm a blogger and the parent of a toddler so I kinda need a pretty decent camera. Someone help!

It's possible you may have a bad one. All images I take with it are fantastic, even some zoomed in.

Please forgive me,but,I gotta ask:
Is the protective shipping film still covering the camera &/or flash?

I've caught myself on a few phones,as I don't use the camera often, but, when I do,it's usually for zoomed-in pix for hard-to- read items (data plates/etc...) & that's more often than not my EUREKA moment.:D
