Ok so my phone is from sprint. I updated to 5.1.1 I think yesterday or today dont rember. It was fine..
But a little pop up said something about the sensor I couldnt read the message because it disappear quickly..
Its forcing me to put the password...I forgot it...
Im locked out the samsung agent said he could do something about with device manager but he needs wifi on and location.. Wifi is off no way turning it on. Not sure why this happen this phone has been taken care off not one scratch ...
Im guessing has something to do with the update... any help on how to back up my contacts pictures and files and how to reset?
edit: One samsung representative told me contact my carrier for default password code? can these be found online?
